"Something Different" is a physical gathering of people to party with purpose; a social space that represents the melting pot for quality networking. That community spirit of “Support & Solidarity”, which was the hallmark of 'Party Dey Here' virtual gigs on Instagram during the COVID 19 Lockdown, will be brought to life through these in-person events. We will be celebrating and uplifting one another through positive energy, while we party with purpose, some proceeds of events going to worthy causes.

Of our attending guests are some of the diaspora’s most influential industry leaders in various disciplines; business, medical, legal, engineering, entertainment, academics, sports etc.

What to expect on the night? Pure vibes. Positive energy. Great music and entertainment. Great ambience We aim to recreate that vibe that we all witnessed over 18 months through the Lockdown; where through partying with a purpose online on Instagram, we came together to celebrate, and lift one another’s spirits. It promises to be a night of nostalgia and fun partying to multi-genre, back-to-back classic vibes. This is an in-person event, personally curated by DJ Blox and his Party Dey Here team.

Through your attendance and participation, you will be joining us on this journey of civic & community service to make a difference with “Something Different” across Africa. Two projects/charities chosen as beneficiaries for the night are "Awele Creative Trust" and "Ziggy Mama Foundation".
